Hello! My name is Sara but feel free to call me cookieh. I blow candles on my cake every 4th of may. I'm an introvert who prefers indoor activities such as watching anime or movies, playing video games and making art and designs. I've been a self-taught digital artist for almost six years with so many proud work you can find in my Deviantart link. I made assets for multiple gaming organizations such as RiftQ and RainMaker.

Terms of servicePlease read through the TOS before commissioningPayment:
• payment must be done in advance
• all prices are in EurosRefunds:
• 100% if I haven't started with the commission
• 50% if I was on sketching phase
• no refund after sketch is approvedProcess
• once you've secured your place in my working list I will notify you when I start on your commission
• sketches will be sent for revision after approving the sketches I will then work on finishing them and sending them to you
• finished commission is sent to you via the email you submit in the formRevisions:
revision is most important in sketch phase, so make sure that the colors and face expressions/poses match the ones you want
• No stress about the number of revisions as long as it's nothing major that require redrawing a whole new work
• any mistakes from my end will be fixedDelivery Time:
• usually 4-20 business days once I start on your commission and depends on the commission it self
• small commissions take max 4 business days
• multiple revisions may result in longer delivery time
• you will be notified if any delays happen from my side

Customer commission use:
Three uses for commissions; Personal, Streamers asset and commercial.
• personal (non-profit) use of a commission is free of fees
• streamers asset is mainly used on youtube, twitch, or any other monetized platform (ex. offline screen, banner, panel, video art, etc.)
•commercial use of assets for financial gain, includes merchandise, apps that have monetized advertising and websites
* please contact me for the commercial fee (fee ranges from 3x to 5x the original price)• re-uploading is allowed with proper creditClients rights
As for my side, I will make sure to maintain the following points towards my commissioners:
• any personal information (for instance pictures) sent from the client to me will remain private
• as for emotes a 112X112, 56X56, 28X28 Pixel png images will be received for upload on twitch PLUS the original size which is 512x512 pixel for upload on other platformsBy commissioning me you are agreeing to all of the above terms
